When utilizing the services of Gyanam Consulting, you understand that you are contracting with Gyanam Consulting and you are bound by the terms and conditions of our services, which include: Admission Counseling, Admission Guidance, Travel Assistance, VISA Support, and other related services. Following registration, or providing verbal consent to one of our executives for a particular service, you are obliged to pay the fees pertaining to those services.  

You will be provided the relevant services only upon payment of the fees as outlined in the registration form. Generally, Gyanam Consulting operates on the basis of providing singular services to its clients which are charged on a fee-for-service basis. Gyanam Consulting clients become eligible to utilize the services after registration. In such cases, the application fee for the pertinent university is charged and is not refunded. Under other circumstances, Gyanam Consulting will be following the refund policies outlined below in addition to what is agreed upon in the contract that will be signed by both parties.

In order to resume services, all payments must be settled immediately. Payment along with required documents will trigger the application process with no possibility of cancellation. Gyanam Consulting Services will be deemed to fulfilled their services once the candidate successfully travels to the University abroad.
Alongside other business, we also provide orientation services for pre-departure to aid smooth travel understanding for both students and their families.

Please also note that Gyanam Consulting does not bear any guarantees for the visa, nor any delays in processing due to the embassy. We do not take responsibility for any delays or rejection caused on the applicants’ visa.

A contracted student wishing to withdraw their application becomes an active student and they shall notify Gyanam Consulting in a written format. Refunds will not be honored if the request is made after the established withdrawal deadline.
  • The university application fee is non-refundable.
  • No responsibility will be accepted for payments directed to other institutions made beforehand.
  • We strongly recommend you to have a clear understanding of the refund policy alongside our experts before you make any payment.

Students must pay the fee for the foreign university application form before the admission procedure starts. In the event that a candidate decides to cancel their application after payment, the administrator will deduct service fees alongside other chargeable fees from the total fee. Refundable amounts include specified non-refundable fees, which include consultation fees along with charges incurred with governing bodies like the Ministry of External Affairs.

Claiming a refund is possible in the case where a student’s visa application is rejected. Refunds will take between 45 to 90 working days to complete, with payment made via bank transfer, directly to the student’s account.
Refund will not be processed in the following cases:
  • If the student does not fulfill the set requirements the embassy has put forth.
  • If the student does not pass the visa interview session.
  • If discrepancies arise with the student’s documents and the embassy does an independent check.
  • If provided documentation is submitted past the designated deadline.
  • If the student cancels their admission after the cutoff point.
  • If documents classed as forged or altered are provided.
  • If the student faces deportation from the destination country.

Refund requests will not be entertained after the deadline.

Gyanam Consulting will not be held liable or responsible for any delays caused by a courier service, an embassy, or any other outside organization.
