The program is structured over a period of 5.5 years, broken into 4.5 years of academic training followed by 1 year of internship. This is often referred to as the rotatory internship. The degree will be awarded post successfully completing various modules. Throughout the training period, students are engaged in clinical lessons and rounds in hospitals and other health units.
- NEET Qualification: Indian students must hold a passing score in the NEET-conducted exam.
- Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have completed their 12th grade (or equivalent) and have studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology in their secondary college curriculum.
- Age Requirement: Candidates should have attained the age of seventeen by the time they are enrolled to the course.
